Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and product availability. Typically, deliveries take 5-10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Customers are required to make full payment in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving their order. We do not accept online payments, credit/debit cards, or any other payment methods. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may apply based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated at the time of order placement.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable) to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Delivery Conditions & Failed Deliveries

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice before marking the order as undeliverable.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery agent may contact you for rescheduling.
• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay, the order may be canceled. Future COD orders may be restricted in such cases.
